Why offer call in service, when every time your employees are rude and tell you to order online. Your online ordering does not allow certain add ons or substitutions.
RecommendedAn all American fast food palace, that harkens to a bygone era, that is still relevant today! Fantastic hamburgers fries, shakes etc. Which is why they exist!

Refused service to vet because he didn’t have a mask. He clearly showed them he could not wear a mask because of his breathing problems and showed his inhaler to employee. I will never go back sad to know you do know care about the people who can not wear a mask and a vet at that.

Please understsnd that the rules of wearing a mask were not created by the business owners. We are only enforcing the rules that have been imposed on us by our Governor. Our staff is doing their best to follow these rules and unfortunately it's not going to make everyone happy. The masks are only required when customers are ordering food at the counter. Would not recommend. Just found out someone who works there tested POSITIVE FOR COVID-19! From what I heard, there is no intention for the business to close down. For your health and many of the elderly people who come in all day, STAY HOME, DON’T EAT HERE until they follow the CORRECT guidelines.

Yes, we did have an employee test positive for covid-19. The employee was removed from the schedule immediatley after notifying us. The employee contracted the virus outside of the work environment. The employee will not be returning to work until they are cleared by their doctor. We take our employees and customers safety very seriously. We have taken every safety precauiton in our restaurants that the state has asked of us and we are very confident that our restaurants are clean and safe for everyone.
Best burgers and shakes in town. I always stop in for a double cheese burger and an oreo hurricane.

the most expensive Zip's I've ever been to ...lobby was dirty..dust everywhere ..tables were dirty... fly's everywhere...was very nauseated after I ate here...
I'll never eat at zips in Cheney my husband got us the burgers and tub of fries and I bit into my burger there was a long piece of black hair in it I called they are supposed to be mailing me a gift certificate but I won't use it in Cheney they ruined my meal its disgusting and unsanitary no one wants to find hair in their food they need to invest in hairnets
