I am always very, very impressed with the service and food here. I have never written a bad review for any place in my life, and honestly am a bit sorry to feel the need to write one now. Never been to zips before at 11am and we were told we couldn't have burgers yet because the cook didn't feel like switching the grill over from breakfast. Not very good customer service.

Not sure how this can happen when we serve burgers 24 hours a day. I will find out what the issue was. I do know that we had to have the grill repaired today because of a pilot light issue. Not sure if the two issues are related.

Best late night entertainment in Cheney. Come here after 2 am if you want to see some future mma aspiring fighters, lots of talent. Doubles as a casino as you can place bets on the fighters while in the rest rooms. Oh they also have a decent burger and shake.
