Service member politely asked me my name (me not thinking anything of it) and proceeded to sign me up for a membership after I already DECLINED. I did not give a last name, phone number or email for this membership.

Terrible Experience – Never Again In just 20 days of using this car wash, I’ve had two serious issues. First, I punctured my tire due to the terrible entrance design. Then today, one of the employees broke my wheel hubcap — which costs $280. When I asked about compensation, I was told, “We don’t pay for damages.” This is despite the fact that both incidents were clearly caused by their staff and the poor setup. This was my first and definitely my last month with this company. Completely unacceptable service.
