My experience with Ziprent has been positive so far. Communication has been clear and professional.
We moved into a home that was supposedly move in ready. When we arrived, the house was dirty inside, the yards still had the prior tenants furniture all over, dead plants inside, a fingernail left in the bottom of the fridge. The garage was still full from prior families. They had an unsecured power outlet in the floor that was receiving power. So they either don’t verify interior readiness or falsify documentation. The owner of the home should be very disappointed that their property is being managed so poorly.
