(20250503) Dishonest dealer. I’m currently pursuing legal action against them. They initially told me the vehicle only needed a new battery, but it turned out to have multiple serious issues. I even offered to let them take it to their own mechanic and fix it, and I would let go of the money I had already spent trying to repair it but they still refused to respond. When I followed up to address the issue, they blocked all communication.
I love my pruis and will come back for more
