All Around Excellent – It's a bit of a trek, but totally worth it. The patio is lovely and the sushi is excellent. We ordered enough food and booze to kill a whale and the bill was surprisingly reasonable.
Great for visitors – Take your guests from out of town here, or new friends that you want to impress with your taste for cutting-edge food fusion and artsy atmosphere. Stick to the sushi, it is what they do best, although their ravioli is pretty amazing too. Stay away from the noodle bowls, they run kind of low on flavor. It's an adventure to find, but a little oasis amidst the deserted industrial-looking arts district.

The kitchen serves Japanese favorites with a California twist, like the fusion bowl, a sizzling dish of rice and vegetables topped with beef, seafood or tofu. Specialty rolls, tempur... read more
