A tree fell on my house. They came removed the tree from my house, tarped my roof in the dark; came the next day, removed the tree. A week later, they repaired my roof. Best service I could ask for.
The wood was supposed to be delivered at 9am they didn't come until almost 5p and that's after I called and texted them all day then the load of wood we got was not even a full load delivered by the owner then he said we could come and pick up a pick up load to make up for it to just call and after calling for 7 days and stopping in twice never got the wood. the wood is complete crap to burn! will never buy from there ever again! Bought a load of delivered firewood for Saturday was home all day and never showed up. When I got it a few days later, after many excuses it was garbage. Little chunks to pieces two and a half foot long. Called up to complain and was called every name in the book. From what I have read on hear I guess that's the way they do business.

TERRIBLE! Thank you Zion Tree Service Inc. for tearing up my lawn and providing the most unprofessional workers 😡😡😡 friends DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Nothing like getting screamed at by workers on your own property... Zion never asked for permission and the workers were so hostile & disrespectful that Painesville Police had to be called.
