Terrible organization. Numerous times told they were coming and never showed or called. Always an excuse. Very unprofessional. Had a different company out and tree done same day. We waited a month with Zion and NOTHING!

Says will do things and gives his word. Still waiting for stump grinding over a month later and fully paid. My mistake to fully pay him. People who give their word means nothing. Would not do business again with this company.

We've been waiting for over a year for them to return and remove big tree trunk pieces they left in our yard. We called the office twice, and even ran into the guy that sold us the job when we were in downtown Painesville. All three times we were told they would come out. They never have. Of course, they wanted the money before they left the last day of work.
we bought a load of wood from Zion. it was a load of dirt and wood that was so old it was falling apart. my husband is 69 years old and has to clean up the mess. they won't even return our call. for a business that professes to be Christian based it really damages how people perceive christians.
ruined a driveway that they didnt have permission to be in, and wont correct the problem.
Zion did not ask permission to use my driveway. Zions Trucks leaked oil everywhere and they will not call me back. i had the OWNER on the phone and he hung up on me as soon as I started to tell him who I was. Zion dropped a log or something on my driveway while i was not home that broke my asphalt. The receptionist told me she was doing everything she could even though she could barley remember my name.
