When you need something from them or have a question they ignore you I called them texted them even called one of the sales man a couple times never got back to me until I sent him a message and seemed upset thatās when they decided to reply back. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, called to see if it was still available which it was. I went there after work, about 4:00 in the afternoon and spoke with salesman Daniel Munguia and discussed financing and down payment. I went home and filled out the online financing app, ate dinner and by 6:15 got a call saying I was approved.
