Dr. Ben-Ari is by far and large the best and most attentive MD ever. She genuinely cares About her patients and their well-being. I was a patient of Dr. Ben-Ari’s for 15+ years. I live in Rockland County now and still go to her every so often when I need a second opinion. I wish she was closer. Excellent MD and human being.
I had a confirmed scheduled appointment with them and was denied to be seen when I walked. I asked for the reason if I had insurance that they take and they told me they do not need to discuss that information with me. I was told they reached out to where I was referred to and had spoken for them to advise which I was never called. I have never in my life been denied services while having insurance. This place is horrible and will be reported to DOH!
