So far we have had a horrible time at the Shorebreak. Service is so crappy, the TV was broke in the room and the toilet did not work at all. They had told me I needed to call maintenance, when it was not my issue, they should have never put me in a room to begin with that none of the amenities work. I have stayed here the last 4 years and I will never be back. Managers at the front desk did nothing to help or accommodate.
Awesome staff! Thanks to all the Bellman and front desk folks! We felt very welcomed by all, esp nice since we had our new Corgi puppy with us on her first big trip! Thanks to Mallory in the lounge for the doggie ice water, dog cookie and loves for 'Sprout'!
