This place was awesome. It has a great vibe, great customer service by every employee, very clean rooms this is where I will be next year around this time.
Nothing less than brilliant! Such a beautiful arty hotel and the staff are wonderful...friendly and helpful. All those little extras like the marshmallows to toast over the fire pits is just sooooo fantastic...especially when you have two little boys with you!! Beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms. Loved this place.
Clean, spacious, very friendly staff at a reasonable price
Really a very nice hotel fitting exactly to where it is located and really providing the wonderful spirit of Huntington Beach with its beautiful rooms (and especially also bathrooms), the beautiful patio with with fireplaces and the very nice restaurant. Also a very well equipped and designed fitness room really. Will definitely stay here again.
Location is good and hotel is clean but for what you get it is overpriced by far. Staff is friendly but service options are limited and not very impressive. You pay a resort fee that gets to free towels, chairs and coffee. If you miss coffee hour, however, they send you to their restaurant to get free coffee. Restaurant doesn't care and charges you. Parking garage says 20 dollars max per day but when you leave after 40 hours they charge you 60 dollars, why ever. IHG customers take care that your status is worth nothing despi... read more
