The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Each person I interacted with introduced themselves quickly, and everyone was knowledgeable and willing to provide me with information on any and everything. Dr. Matt was kind and very efficient and Ashley was very gentle with my sensitive teeth! I usually dread going to the dentist, but at Packard they put you at ease.

One seldom raves about teeth cleaning but I truly appreciate it when it is done well and the person is good at their job. I'm 63 & have lived in various places & I can vouch for Allison. She is excellent. Dr. Matt, my dentist is doing a implant for me and so far it has been a 'no worries' good experience.

Janae is the best hygienist I have ever seen. Dr. Mark always seems to provide the correct, efficient and professional treatment I need. I really believe their motto "Treating you like family since 1963" is actually the way Dr. Mark and his team do business!
It was very nice first appointment. Everyone was very nice. And I loved Janae who cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job.
The service is always topnotch with Packard Dental and today was no exception. Tiffany did her great job of cleaning and exam. Dr. Mark came to check if two of my crowns were in need of repair or replacement. I'm very pleased with the care and service of the entire staff. John Batista
