My hygienist is not only thorough and informative, she's also incredibly sweet and friendly. She has taught me so much about my mouth and proper care and always does it with a smile on her face. I have been through a lot of dental practices and she is hands down the best hygienist who has ever helped me. I can't say enough good things about her or Packard as a whole. Packard is lucky to have her on their team!
Finding a new dentist in a new city can be rather hit or miss. Not here. Love this place! From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, this dental practice was so welcoming and warm across the board. Immediately felt at ease, well taken care of, and fully confident and comfortable in both the treatment I had as well as any I may need in the future. Amazing.
I had my 6 month check up, everything went great. The only concern I had was that during the teeth cleaning there wasn't a fluoride treatment. I have had fluoride treatments at previous dentists and I wonder why they didn't do it here. Otherwise, great cleaning... the hygenist was very careful not to jab my gums and she was super friendly.
