I had to muster the courage to go back to the dentist after some bad experiences. I'm glad I chose Packard. Dr. Mark took time to take me through prospective treatments and was comprehensive in his diagnosis and options. The assistants were very professional and kind. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

This is a great family practice. They are very honest and provide high quality service. Seriously, they never ever try to prioritize their profits over the patients' needs or wishes. Been going here for almost 3 years.. can't say enough positive things about them.
My 3 yo son goes to Dr. Matt at Packard, and we are so pleased that they do such a great job, and are great with kids. He even gets to watch his favorite shows on a screen in the ceiling. Definitely recommended for kids.
Excellent service from beginning to the end. On check in Chelsea was empathetic, professional and very understanding while she was collecting new medical history that I was difficult for me to share since my new life threatening diagnosis. Then Tiffany continued on providing excellent service while being gentle and caring.

Very good service...excellent facility... much better than previous. Only bummer was forgetting and leaving Invisalign's in office after having them cleaned..
