Wow, a broken AC in a 2013 van for the second time in two weeks and your service department in Florence can't see me until next Monday?? The guys I spoke to were very nice so I will give you that but you need more staff or a better scheduling system in place. The first time I was told I was leaking Freon so they filled that up and re calibrated my computer system. Two weeks later and it's not working again and of course, over the mileage now for our warranty. And I can't be seen for another week. Not happy in the least bit.
Paid to much for car and then car broke down the very next day brand new car less than 250 miles and been in shop for week waiting on part WTH what about Fed ex. Very ticked at them they would not great the Zimmet Family that way. Want something to compensate my loss of time with new car and being treated poorly
My jeep commander broke down today, called about the extended warranty we purchased. After being shuffled around on the phone between multiple people and told oh your sales guy is out of the office why don't you call back when he gets back in and hung up on. I called back and spoke to a sales manager who tells me oh your extended warranty was cancelled shortly after being written in the sales contract, though I nor the creditor ever received the funds.
Bought a brand new 2015 Ram that was exactly what we wanted, no pushy salesmen! Our salesman Ron was awesome straight to the point as we wanted. First time buying a brand new vehicle, If I happen to buy another Chrysler product I will return to this dealership!
