Zimmer service department is an absolute nightmare to deal with, the guys that work the desk always have a bad attitude and make you feel unwanted. I've owned my truck for two weeks and I'm already over having to talk to them guys. Jeff Henderson on the other hand is the man I bought it from and he's a great guy, goes above and beyond to try to take care of you. I highly recommend him.
Purchased a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. The experience was absolutely flawless and Zimmer exceeded my expectations. I will for sure be returning whenever I am in the market for another Jeep. Cameron was my sales consultant and the GM Victor met every need I asked for plus more! We have bought two Jeeps from Zimmer. Well more specifically from Charlie. Both experiences were great, no hassle, and extremely helpful. Zimmer is truly a magical place. When I bought my Wrangler, the only pre-owned JKU they had on the lot just happened to be the EXACT setup, color, everything I was wanting. Out jeep shopping day an turned into their parking lot. Someone's beloved pet was laying in the grass dead. It is a beautiful white dog w a red collar. Maybe one of the employees could go an remove the animal or see what the collar says. Someone could be looking for the pet. Was very shaken by this I had to leave�. Hopefully this company will do the right thing
