We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. We had a hassle free experience. After some negotiating we got a great deal and they made the finance part very easy and quick. Our sales rep Tyler Martin knew his stuff. He helped us a great deal while looking at the car. He also took 15 after the sale was done to walk me through all the features one by one. Thank you.
You guys are awesome!! Rich in the collision center is great. I had rust pop up on my fender of my '14 Ram. He was able to take care of it free of charge (to me), and have had it washed. Good job guys. Made my day.

My husband bought a used Jeep, doesn't have the plates yet and it has a blown head gasket. Paid over $10,000 and they don't care. Horrible company!!
I had a great experience on Saturday test driving the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Dodge Durango with a very knowledgeable, no-high-pressure salesman, Kevin. Now if they could just get me an out-of-this-world lease agreement - we would be all set.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service at Zimmer. I bought a brand new Ram 1500 in October of 2014. I drive a lot of miles every month! I have been taking the truck in for an oil change about every 4-5 weeks. I have never made an appointment, that's what the "express lane" is for, correct? The last time I went in, I was there for 2 1/2 hours!!! Then I find out that my console had been rifled through, my belongings were strewn about the back seat.
