We came in from out of town for a recall on my vehicle. From the moment we pulled in, to the rental car, to picking up my car.. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences we've had at a dealership!
I can't say enough about all the help Zimbrick Infiniti has provided me over the last two years. The service team, Kyle T and Glenn D, are so helpful. My Infiniti had to be replaced this week due to an accident. I had no hesitation about sticking with Infiniti and this dealership for my new purchase. Tim B and Kyle V helped me with that process. It was fast, painless, and I am thrilled with my new car and look forward to continuing to do business here for years to come!
Terrible customer service! What a waste of my day. I had a service appointment scheduled for over a month, drove an hour to get there, and they did nothing. They had my car for 3 hours! Not even an apology!
Always clean, always efficient, and always friendly. Glen and Kyle are great!
Service experience has been extremely poor. Definitely would not have bought had I know the service department was so poor. 5 trips to have a real spoiler installed that resulted in a tech sawing up the trunk deck and coating the rough edges in electrical tape and the advisor feeding me lies that rough holes, they drilled, were factory. Going on visit number 9 to resolve a tire issue that should have never allowed the vehicle to be delivered. The management has been MIA.
