RecommendedI worked with Glenn in the service department, I presented my issue told him I lived over two hours away, he set me up with an appointment, they were able to give me a loaner, fix my vehicle issue under warranty and called with minor additional things they could fix while they had it, which was great!! picked up vehicle and had a great fast transaction. thry have made a new lifelong customer Glenn is outstanding and deserves appropriate recognition!!! thansk zimbrick for your excellent customer first service!!!!

I live out of town about an hour and half away I had an issue with my transmission Kyle in the service department is a rock star he sent a driver to pick my car up and drop me of a loaner then kept in constant communication with me on the whole repair process then when my vehicle was complete he had it dropped back off these guys are awesome and really care about their customers I would highly recommend them I just wish they were closer to me
Service department is a nightmare to work with I live out of town and have had to take in back 3 times now. Last we spoke with them we said either fix it or don’t but they insisted on bringing it back just to call and tell me they are not replacing the part. I’m sorry but if the radiator in the vehicle is out of coolant THERE is a REASON! I haven’t even made my first payment on it yet!
RecommendedWe absolutely love this place!! Kyle and Glen in the Service Department are absolutely amazing, as is the rest of the Service Department. We will only take our car here for oil changes and service. We've owned our Infiniti for almost 3 years and will continue to buy cars from this place. If you need a car, please ask for Greg Butler. He is a fair, considerate sales person.
