Absolute excellence. They have the best steaks you will find anywhere. Literally, melt in your mouth goodness. The bacon and summer sausage are a step above the step above. Also, awesome place to find harder to locate items for us foodies - marrow bones, blood sausage, etc. You will NOT regret trying them. Prices are very fair.
We stopped buying meat at the grocery store about 6 years ago when the chicken didn't taste like chicken any more. Since then we buy all of our meat at Zilman's and we couldn't be happier. Beef, pork, chicken and fish are all better at Zilman's. And don't even get me started on the homemade sausage! WOW!!!! Zilman's is definitely worth the extra trip.
