Just picked up all my venison sausage from Zillmans and it's outstanding! Excellent flavor. I won't use anyone else to process my venison. Thanks guys!!
We had them do brats, hamburgers, and hot dogs for our rehearsal dinner for our wedding this past summer. We had our wedding up north, I was able to pick everything up the morning that we were leaving, they also offer sides to go with (we didn't do this option but something to keep in mind). We had a lot of guest from out of state and from bigger cities who loved it. The meat was perfect and we had nothing but complements! It was very well priced and they were very nice to work with!
Best people you could meet...Great store, and great meats, sausage, etc. great price. You're missing out if you don't give them try..Keep up the great job Zill

I love getting their smoked pork chops (and other meats). We enjoy them so much, its easy to go back for more. The old fashioned friendly butcher shop. Stop and see for yourself.
Let me begin by saying I have had my venison processed here for years, and have always been pleased with their products. Yesterday they called that my venison was done and I picked it up it up late in the afternoon. When I got home, I found part of my order, mettwurst, had been filled with slim jims. This morning I called. They checked my "ticket", and I had indeed ordered mett. I was told to bring the slim jims back and they would exchange them for the mett.
