RecommendedOriginally, I'd had a negative review of ATC EMS, but it turns out it was due to a billing error made by the hospital I had received service at, and subsequent misinformation from my insurance company. When ATC EMS saw my review, they reached out to try to understand the situation and help rectify it. If Seton Hospital accidentally bills you for ATC EMS and you know you never received services from EMS, be sure to double check with Seton.
