Our first visit was excellent and we found out that my husband needed some glasses so we ordered it through them. When it came to for us to pick it up, there was a mistake with the frame they had given us so we had to drive back to get right frames. We were a bit frustrated but they were quick to switch them out. In the process, we left the lens care kit with them which was a total bummer since it's quite a bit of a drive for us!
