When I first started seeing Dr Ziegler, (over 20 years ago) he told me I was wearing contacts that were not made for my eyes. My astigmatism was so bad, soft lenses were just not right. Additionally, they were not made in the strengrh I needed. He had me try a different type that worked wonders, and stayed in my eyes! When I wanted Lazer surgery, he told me to wait until it was more developed for my type of astigmatism. Dr. Ziegler spent a long time with me today making sure I had the perfect bifocal contact lenses. I very much appreciate his patience and persistence!
Dr Ziegler is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and caring. All of the staff are also amazing. I've been a patient/customer for 4 years now and i wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. In addition, their selection of eyewear is off the charts! Some of the best eyewear in the world. I can't say enough positive things about them.
Thank you for addressing the issues that I had with my appointment and sending a refund. This was great customer service. Charged 139.00 for a contact fitting-I have been wearing contacts for years, brought in all of my information, no change in the contacts. My name spelled wrong, called for my prescription-gave me glasses scrip-would not fax my new script to Cosco, would only email . Only after 3 phone call's they faxed over the info. The best eye care place in town. The staff is the friendliest in town. You are treated like a special person and not a number. Been following from place to place the last 30 plus years.
I went to this clinic for the first time today 10/18/17 and I have to say they were just as nice in person as they are on the phone very helpful and welcoming from beginning to end I would definitely refer them to whomever is needing assistance Thank you for taking care of me you gave me hope and for that I'm grateful
