We had an outstanding experience with this Ziebart location this weekend. Mitch and his team were helpful and resolved our issue without hesitation. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and even provided solutions in the event we had similar issues going forward. After some very 'iffy' visits to Ziebart locations elsewhere, we were extremely pleased today. Thank you Ziebart/West Indy!

Went there to have my remote start put in. They were great, letting me drop it off right at closing and having it completed for me quickly the next day. The customer service was excellent and you can tell they really love their job! Thank you!
