I went in to the West Side location to get my first annual renewal on my paint and fabric protection. The staff was extremely courteous and genuine. My car was done within the projected time frame, and it looks ���. Will be returning to this location, and recommending to my friends

The person at the counter at the Georgetown store was worthless. All he was good for was excuses! They got my money a year ago when they did the application, but wasn't as helpful when I showed up for the free annual inspection and touch up. He needs some customer service training. Won't be going back there. Plan to deal with Plainfield store in the future.
From the time I walked in to drop my off to the time I picked it up- everyone was wonderful and professional! Highly recommending this Ziebart and I will totally be back. Thanks again!!

Bought a new car and stopped by this Ziebart first thing. I've had just about every option they offer for prevention and protection, including window tint. These guys are awesome, always helpful and honest. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to this store.
