Just had my carpets cleaned and they turned out great. My technician was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient at his work.
Zerorez always does a great job cleaning the carpets and the technicians are always very respectful. The carpets always come out clean and beyond my expectations. My only negative would be the time delay. They were supposed to show up between 12-4, I got a phone call and they said they would be there closer to 4.. however they were there at 530. This is a different time and keep in mind they had people call in sick and were overloaded. They did the best they could with time. I would still recommend 110%
