This is the second time in a year we’ve used Zerorez. Don from Zerorez came to our house to clean our carpets. He did a great job! He was friendly and professional. For safety during these crazy times he wore a face mask. He also wore booties on his shoes to help keep things clean. He got it done in a short time span and we so appreciated his hard work and friendliness. The kids extra loved that he gave them stickers too.
Rob Ellis our Zerorez technician did an excellent job on our air duct and furnace duct cleaning today. He was articulate in explaining what he was doing through every step of the process. We highly recommend his service as a Zerorez technician.

I just want to warn people that they should NEVER use ZeroRez to have their carpets cleaned! They charged $250+ to "clean" 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs and spent about 20 minutes in my home, so they're actually charging about $750+/hour!!! It doesn't matter how good their equipment can clean if they don't actually spend the time to do the job right and just do a "splash and dash". What a joke! Don't ever use ZeroRez!
Zerorez always does a good job. They have been cleaning my carpets for years. Joe did a fantastic job today. He was very professional and showed up on time. I'm very happy with the job he did.
