RecommendedI had Zerorez come and clean our ducts and I was very happy with the service. I don’t remember my technician giving me his name but he was very friendly and was so patient with my kids and dog. He worked around us and even did the kids play area first so they could go back to playing while he worked. DO NOT PAY FOE THIS SERVICE! For $300 they will come wet your carpet with hot water and spray a perfumed scent just before leaving. The ZeroRez come from using zero chemicals, zero effort and zero customer care. My dog had an accident and they came out next day, giving the stain little time to set in. Well, it took less than an hour for the tech to barely wet my carpets and “clean” them only to still leave behind FECAL MATTER when finished.
