The young man who shows up to clean my carpets was polite, but lazy. I signed up to have 3 rooms and a short hallway cleaned. I moved all of the furniture out of the way and vacuumed before he arrived. 30 minutes after he initially walked into my house he told me he was finished. The carpets were barely damp and the traffic patterns still showed and were dirty. I pointed that out and he went back over some of the traffic area, but they still show. Joe was Very professional and informative! We’ve had Zerozez come before and will have them back again! They think of everything from corner covers to protect the walls to booties coming in and out of the house also had a door screen so the babies couldn’t escape!
