Chris, the technician was personable and professional. The entire process of pre treating and cleaning four rooms only took about two hours. I love that my house is so much cleaner in such a short period of time.
Shawn did a great job. Put corner protection on each corner, wore booties and very respectful. Would highly recommend their services

I’ve been listening to Jay and Kevin in the morning. They always make Zerorez sound like miracle workers. After having them in my house I now know what they are talking about. The young man that came out was friendly and knew want he was doing, very professional. The carpet looks almost new again. Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything very well. He is an asset to Zerorez. The only thing I am confused with is the price. I paid $132, of which I am very comfortable with, but after Michael left I heard a December special, clean 3 rooms for $99. The booking office should be responsible for passing the special on. That is my only disagreement I have.
Friendly, very knowledgeable about how to clean carpets , very professionally. I like that my carpets are never really wet, the dry quickly. My carpet is 18 years and it looks almost brand new when Zerorez cleans it.! Great company!
