Was able to schedule and appt and within 2 days they were at my home. Showed up on time. Very nice technician that explained what he was going to do and the steps he was going to take. (First time having my carpets professionally cleaned). He used shoe covers each and every time he came in and out of my home. Used a shield across the door opening so the cold air was not coming in the house around the hoses. Carpets look and smell great. Very happy and will absolutely schedule with Zerorez again!
The technician arrived early and asked me specifically what were the areas he would treat. Did a thorough job and finished in a timely manner
Max came out on Saturday morning and explained the process and what I could expect. He finished the job on time and walked through the house afterward with me to point out a couple issues. Carpet looks great!
