after having 5 dogs in my house for a month...zerorez did an amazing job of getting all the dirt and hair OUT. I DEFINITELY will use them again.
We have dogs, so our 9 year old carpeting is really 63 years old in dog years. Josh, the technician, cleaned our carpets as well as the wool upholstery of two couches. He did such a good job, everything looks like new, even a terrible old stain in our carpet. Removed and hasn't reappeared. Josh said if it did, he would come back and re-do it. It's the best cleaning we have received from Zerorez. It was worth every penny we paid. Thank you.
