The technician who came out today and shampooed our carpet was perfection. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very good about explaining everything to me. I would definitely use them again. I kept telling the young man (can't remember his name) that I thought he was wonderful. So nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Zeroez - don't let this guy get away!!!
