Great job! All of the pet stains are gone, and my carpets look brand new! Great customer service from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the friendly tech that completed the job.
Zerorez did a great job on our tile and carpets. They were professional and friendly, but not overly chatty, which I appreciated! I had just got home from work. They finished up quick but did a thorough job. Got the floors done and I still have free time this evening!
Arrived when they said, very happy with our tile and area rug.
They did a great job on my carpets which had been used as a pee pad by our new dog. I tried to keep up with it by spraying and mopping each accident but it was too much lol. I’m hoping I haven’t jinxed myself and she’s really done using the carpet as her pee area. In any case it was extra for the pet treatment spray and protective spray but it looks great and hopefully will protect the the newly cleaned carpet from further assault. The guys that came we’re very polite, friendly and efficient.
