The first guy who came out said he couldn’t clean our tile cause it was painted which was not the case but my wife was not home and I was on a call so he just left. So I called and they sent a new guy out and he did a great job the tile looks fantastic! I have used them numerous times for carpets but never tile and I would highly recommend.
