The technician that they sent out here was more than helpful with explaining the process that he was going to do and what the outcome would be. Now that he is through the outcome I believe is more than what I expected because our carpet was filthy.
The cleaning team did a great job. The tile floors and grout look very good and the area rug looks great as well
