I called early this week to get on your schedule and you got me in on Saturday (today). That was sooner than expected since the holidays are coming. We were scheduled for cleaning to start 12:00 - 2:00. We got a call about 10:15 saying there had been a cancellation and they could be here at 10:40. Jeff arrived right at the new time. It only took him a little over an hour to clean all of our carpet. It looks great. He was pleasant and professional.
