showed up ahead of schedule (after checking first). clearly outlined the charges based on my original request and a few things we changed. worked quickly and efficiently...cleaned carpet and tile...aprox 2000sf...in about 2.5 hours. unbelievable results! grout in kitchen back to the color it was when it was installed!! carpets are back to like new with no "post cleaning crunch!" thank you ZeroRez!
