They are awesome. I called in with a no notice emergency request to clean 2 dining rooms. They sent out 2 crews and knocked it out really quick. Emergency handled

TOTALLY recommend Zerorez!! My kitchen tile and grout were a mess (my floor has little indentations as part of the tile design 🙄 - what was I thinking??🙄). Zerorez came out today and my floor looks amazing, like the day it was installed (?10 yrs or so ago); cleaned and sealed, two rooms in about an hour and a half. Worth every penny. Five stars for sure.

Every step explained in full. Tech was polite and experienced. Took time to listen to our concerns. And find a solution. All was as promised. Oh and he worked around our cats. A true relief.
We are very happy with the service we received from Zeroez. Jarrod cleaned our carpets today and he was very friendly, personable, professional and thorough. Our carpet had a lot of pet stains and you can’t see or smell them anymore! We did have a bad stain from something in our living room and he got about 99% of it out without buying the extra stain remover!
