Mr.Rogie did a wonderful job. Before he began he walked through my home to view each carpet, informed me what he will be doing, explained the process, the smells I may notice and how long the smells will last. He informed me how long it will take for the carpets to dry, also informed me of a protective shield he could add afterwards. He requested that I viewed each room as he finished. I was well pleased with his knowledge and the results.
This was the first time I used ZeroRez and I couldn’t be happier! Brandon did an excellent job and was so professional and friendly. I genuinely enjoyed visiting with him while he was making my carpet and couch like new. The next time I use Zero Rez I’ll be requesting Brandon and I’ll also be referring him and you to all my neighbors. Thanks again for your excellent service!

Ray came to clean our upstairs carpets, and he did an amazing job! I am so happy and the house smells nice. Even though I clean my house every day, my two girls never notice. But after coming home , instantly the girls said “wow it smells nice in our house!” They went upstairs and we all had huge smiles on our faces! I will be recommending Ray to all my friends. We are so happy! �
I have used Zerorez several times and won’t use anyone else. Ray was my technician and was great. He was polite, personable and prompt. My dog had been sick and there were stains on the carpet which he was able to remove. I highly recommend them.
We have several rental properties and Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning company. They don't leave any soapy residue which keeps the carpet looking great much longer Caleb, the technician did a great job getting out some very tough stains.
