Professional, organized & friendly. The 2 men worked great together as a team. I could over hear convo between the 2 men, questioning and checking behind each other’s work to ensure that the quality service promised was being provided. I’ve used different carpet cleaning companies in the past, and Zero Rez is the best!!! I’m beyond satisfied!!
