Freddy came out and did an amazing job on the carpets. We have pets and after living three years in our rental home, with two girls, in a pretty small home, you could expect some high traffic. That carpet needed some love and attention before we moved out, Freddy made the carpet look like new. I know my landlord is gonna be happy! Will be using zerorez absolutely in the future since we bought our first home and it has carpet! :-)
So pleased with the results from having our carpets cleaned. It had been three years. Jaimie Hawkins was excellent explaining process and what each service would contribute to preserving our carpet a little longer. Mr. Hawkins was professional, efficient and personable. I sure hope we can obtain his services again next year.
