Jovon arrived early in the 3 hour window and was very pleasant and helpful. He did an outstanding job cleaning our sectional sofa and ottoman, regular sofa and the carpet on our stairs. We have a 70 pound English bulldog and 2 cats and he did a great job getting rid of the smells. The furniture and carpet looks brand new and my house smells better than ever. Thanks Zerorez and Jovon for a job well done. ��

Caleb and Josh did an excellent job on our carpets. Very professional and informative. My carpets were atrocious before and now look brand new. I can’t find a single spot left. Our dog was secretly peeing in the guest rooms and we had no idea for over a week. They were able to get up all the urine spots and it smells CLEAN. Our stairs carpet had never been cleaned prior to us living here and we were going to just replace it but now it looks good as new yay! Thank you!
I am very happy with the quality of job done by the rep. He was polite and did a great job cleaning all the spots I pointed out.
