I closed on my house on 3/29. We asked that the previous owners get the carpet cleaned. They agreed and confirmed they used zerorez. We were happy because we had heard they were the best. So we wanted to make sure we were keeping it clean so we went out and purchased a new vacuum a few days later. We could not believe the amount of dirt/hair that we had to empty from the vacuum. Adrian from Zerorez did a great job. He was professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend using this service to clean your carpets!
The technician let me know 25 minutes before arrived, and he was very friendly and professional. We have two indoor dogs, one of which is older and has issues with bladder control. He let me know exactly what he recommended as far as extra services to take care of the urine. Walked thru all pricing before doing anything. Excellent results! Definitely recommend!
