Fradique explained the treatment process very thoroughly, showing the before and after difference in the areas cleaned. What a difference! � Both technicians were very courteous and professional, explaining options clearly in areas where our pets frequented. All stains came out in our 3 rooms. I would definitely use Zerorez in the future!
We had urine stains from a dog who passed away a year ago and were unaware of them until the technician showed us. It was so disgusting. But after a thorough cleaning my carpet is like new, smells good and I am comfortable sitting on it again. Great job.
