Response time to schedule appointment and scheduled arrival were awesome. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and explained all aspects of process. My carpet looks better than last two companies I previously used. Highly recommend.

ZeroRez was quick, easy and reliable to schedule. Their technician, John Parry, was incredibly professional and courteous. John had to deal with technical difficulties with the company van that were out of his control. This was inconvenient to us both but he made his best effort to resolve the issues, get a new van and returned to complete the service.
