The technician called ahead of time to give me an approximate arrival time. He got to our house within that time frame. Thomas was friendly, professional, and courteous. He was a hard worker and explained what he had done before he left. The four rooms look great, and I would highly recommend Zerorez and use the company again.

On time wonderful technician n did a excellent job. Carpets almost dry to touch.
Tech did a fabulous job. Carpets are not soaked, and dont have a chemical smell after cleaning. will definitely use again.
