I have now used Zerorez twice and in both case was more than pleased. I can not believe how clean they can get a carpet that seems beyond help. But more so is the customer service. In both case the service was very professional, on time and worked efficiently. In both cases Seth Hopkins was my specialist and he alone makes using Zerorez worth using.

This is the second time I have used ZeroRez, and I'm just as thrilled as the first. They got out a pet stain and treated my carpet to make it easier to clean next time. I will use them regularly to help with allergies.

That's exactly what my 6 year old son said upon viewing our newly cleaned carpet! I echo his sentiments completely! You would never know that we have children and pets from looking at our carpet now! I'm so impressed w/ the quality of the cleaning! No residue or odor of any kind - just almost-like-new carpet! It was not soaking wet when the cleaning was finished and did not take long to dry. We heard of Zerores on the radio and decided to give them a try. Their process does require a few hours drying time, but the result is much better than the "dry" carpet cleaning companies we have tried. Our technician, Dewayne, was top notch and we will request him the next time we have our carpets cleaned.

We heard all the raves about Zerorez and gave them a call-initially the carpets looked great, but, within about 5 days, the stains that he treated quickly surfaced, and it was twice as expensive as other carpet cleaning services. Don't believe the hype.

I have had several companies try and clean my carpet and it was just awful. The spots were still there after they left and the excuses always followed when I tried to get them back. I heard about Zerorez on the radio and called. From my first contact to the technician arriving on time I have been impressed.
